When we drink water, it is filtered through the kidneys and excreted like urine through the urethra. The human body consists of two kidneys, two ureters, one bladder and one ureter.

Bacterial infections of any part of the urethra are called urinary tract infections. This type of infection can occur in the kidneys, ureters, bladder, or more than one area at a time.

This infection is called urinary tract infection for short. Although this problem is more common in both men and women, women are more prone to urinary tract infections.

   Symptoms include urinary tract infections.

Suddenly the urine will turn dark yellow.

There will be bad smell in the urine.

Feeling the urge to urinate after a while but not feeling well.

There will be irritation or pain while urinating.

Severe pain will be felt in the lower abdomen or lower back.

   Avoid food in this situation

Coffee, alcohol and caffeinated foods should be avoided. Until then, urinary tract infections are not getting better. This drink can increase the risk of bladder infections. Sugary foods should be avoided. This is because high blood sugar increases the risk of urinary tract infections. For this reason, urinary tract infections are more common in people whose diabetes is out of control.

Spicy foods should be avoided as they increase the risk of bladder infections.

Citric fruits like lemons and oranges should be avoided during urinary tract infections. However, this type of citric fruit can protect you from further infections if the infection is good. If urinary tract infection is good, eat more spinach, green chillies, grape juice, strawberries.

   Whatever you eat

Drink plenty of water. This will get rid of harmful bacteria from the bladder. Eat jam. Because this fruit does not allow bacteria to get stuck in the urethra, it helps to get those bacteria out of the body. Eat yogurt, because the beneficial bacteria in it play a role in eliminating the harmful bacteria in the bladder. There is a bush called Cranberry. Its juice contains a lot of phytochemicals which help in expelling E. coli bacteria from the body. So you can drink cranberry juice.
